Abstract Submission

We encourage all registered attendees to submit an abstract and present their work during one of the two Poster sessions or in a “Poster Blitz” (60 seconds) talk. We will also invite several speakers from the submitted abstracts. Using the provided template, please submit your abstract as a word document named Firstname_Lastname_abstract.docx. Each abstract should contain a short title (maximum of 15 words), a list of all authors with the presenting author underlined, affiliation, email for the presenting author and up to 300 words describing the scientific work. Figures are fine as long as the abstract fits on one page. Awards for best student and postdoc contributions will be announced at the end of the meeting. The abstract submission deadline is February 28th.

Please e-mail the completed abstract to Silvia or Jan by February 28th.
